Can I buy a single report?
Yes. You can purchase a single report and get access immediately after payment.
Which payment methods do you support?
We support card payments via Stripe and PayPal. All payments are encrypted (SSL).
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can purchase and receive your report without registration.
Will I receive an invoice (VAT invoice)?
Yes. Invoices may be issued for transactions. Business customers can provide VAT details during checkout (where applicable).
Do I have a right of withdrawal (EU consumer rules)?
Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. In certain cases, the right of withdrawal may not apply once delivery starts (with your consent). Details are described in our Terms and Refund Policy.
What if no service history is available?
You will still receive all available OEM data for your VIN (e.g., build sheet and manufacturer specifications). Availability depends on brand, country and model year.
How does the 7-day money-back guarantee work?
If you experience non-delivery after successful payment due to a technical issue, the report cannot be generated for your VIN due to an error on our side, you were charged more than once for the same order, or the report has a material technical defect (e.g., unreadable/broken view or file), contact support within 7 days. We will review and, if applicable, refund the purchase according to our Refund Policy.
